• Construction Management from Notice to Proceed through Punch List and Final Payment, including the following: 1: Construction Schedule and Contractor Schedule of Values 2: Observation of construction from inspection of forms and slump tests through finish work, including records maintenance 3: Review and approval of Shop Drawings, materials including fans, ductwork, lab tests, fire sprinklers Mechanical System Test and Balance reports. 4: Review Requests for Information, Change Proposals and negotiation of Change Orders
